Our Engagement Groups

Customer engagement is vital to help us continuously improve the services that we offer.

We use a wide range of engagement methods and groups to gather feedback on our performance, priorities and plans for the future, with opportunities for our customers to regularly tell us what they think. 

We want to have conversations with our customers, where we build long-term relationships, and are open and honest about what we are trying to achieve and how we plan to do so.
