Workshops & Events

We run regular consultations and workshops to allow us to obtain our stakeholder’s views. We want opinions on topics such as investment priorities, measures we use to ensure we are delivering our promises, timescales for business changes and improvements to our working practices.

Around 17% of a typical household electricity bill is paid indirectly to us so we can distribute power to our customers. We are currently consulting on our next Business Plan that will run from 2023-2028 and we'd love to hear from you.

Our current Business Plan, which was built with the help of stakeholders, sets out our investment plans for 2015-2023. For more detail on our engagement methods, a summary of stakeholder views and how we addressed this feedback in our plans click here.

Connections Workshop

On 25 November 2020, we hosted a Connections stakeholder workshop to seek feedback from stakeholders on the following topics: our Connections Strategy; Digitalisation & data; Supporting the transition to Net Zero; and Strategic investment during ED2.
